Eco-Activists Arrested for Spray-Painting Stonehenge Orange: A Museum Controversy
Stonehenge, a cultural landmark in Wiltshire, UK, was recently targeted by environmental activists who sprayed the ancient site with orange powder paint. English Heritage is investigating the extent of the damage caused by the vandalism. Two suspects have been arrested by the Wiltshire police for damaging the monument. Just Stop Oil activists are demanding government action to combat the climate crisis. The orange paint has since been removed from Stonehenge, with no visible damage to the monument.
